Return & Exchange Policy:
1. Upon Receiving Your Order:
- Inspection: You have the right to inspect the product (to ensure the correct size and material) in the presence of the delivery representative only.
- Immediate Return: If the product is not suitable, you may return it immediately with the delivery representative.
Please note that some delivery representatives may tell you that you can inspect the product after they leave or that exchanges can be easily done later. This is incorrect. You must carefully inspect the product with the representative before accepting it. Once the representative leaves, returns will not be possible.
To avoid any issues, we strongly advise that you personally receive and inspect your order in the presence of the delivery representative. If you are unavailable, please contact the representative to arrange another delivery time. If someone else receives the order on your behalf, it will be considered as final approval of the order, and your right to return will be void.
